Peppermint Brickle

2 pounds white chocolate
1 pound of red and green peppermint brickle

Slowly melt white chocolate over double broiler. Be careful not to allow steam or water to get into white chocolate.

Remove white chocolate from heat and add peppermint brickle and gently stir.

Spread thinly onto approximately 2 cookie sheets covered with waxed paper.

Allow to harden and then break into bite sized pieces.

Place into bags and tie with colorful ribbons

 

Coconut Bon-Bons

1/2 cup white karo syrup
12 large marshmellows
2 cups desiccated coconut
1 tsp adams vanilla

Melt together karo syrup and marshmellows.

Mix in desiccated coconut and vanilla.

Form into balls and dip in melted chocolate.
